Help please!!!

Okay guys so I went to the doctor yesterday and they did a blood test they said my bata HCG levels were 40.. they pulled more blood today to see if my levels were dropping and they were 40.9. Is this considered a positive pregnancy? Should I be worried because I only went up .9?! Please help guys!
