It’s not necessarily that you look fat, per say, but the outfit isn’t really doing you any favors in terms of accentuating your natural shape. The shirt is over sized and sort of throws you out of proportion?? 
That being said, you’d probably look great in a long, flowy dress. Or if you want to go the shirt and jeans route, a peplum shirt and high waisted jeans would look super cute on you!
