So I have this coworker with the name Keoni omg it’s so cute!! I never heard of that name before ever he said it’s Hawaiian because of his grandparents I would love to name my boy that but I don’t want Keoni to think  cause it’s after him lmao  us women are so complicated 😂😂😂😂

Are you also Hawaiian, I assume?
Personally, I would not use a Hawaiian name unless me or my child’s other parent had some Hawaiian heritage. We didn’t exactly get those islands to be states in a nice way and they have a lot of cultural pride.
Just throwing that out there. 🌺
