Laparoscopy and possible pregnant?

Ladies, I know there's little to no hope... BUT I ovulated before my recent IVF egg pick up surgery and we DTD 36 hours before. I'm scheduled for a lap and a hysteroscopy, dye studies and a d&c;, it will only be 12 days past ovulation and there is no way I'd ever know. The decision to proceed is killing me, but knowing I ovulated at least 4 mature eggs and the sperm being where it should... leaves me with serious doubt. My boobs are killing me (could be the trigger or the meds) and I've had what could be implantation bleeding. We didn't do a fresh transfer but a freeze all as I had this surgery scheduled. Is there anyway I'd have a BFP on a hpt so soon?
