anyone else suffer with sjorgrens syndrome?

does anyone else have sjorgrens? is there anything you take or do to help with symptoms, especially dryness in skin and mouth? I've had it for 4 years (thanks mom) and I take prescribed meds which help a little but my skin is really badly dry, I've been told some people take herbal or vitamins or use certain creams. I have no idea where to start looking as its so conflicting online! Tia x

My mother in law has it and hasn't had much luck with the dry mouth. She does go in about every 3 months and get a steroid shot and they help tremendously.

I'm being tested for that (as well as lupus) but my only really symptom (for SS as opposed to SLE)  is dry eyes, which it's more a strained feeling than dry
