Just found out I’m pregnant/first time

Hey guys, I’m really into fitness and have been for awhile. I just found out I’m pregnant and am curious about what exercises I can do that won’t be “too much”? I do multiple leg work outs like squats, I do a few core exercises like planks and bicycles. When I try to do some core exercises I notice a little pain in my lower abdomen. Just wondering if that’s a sign that I shouldn’t do that exercise??
