So. To make a long story... well a little less long I have an old friend. She asked me in September after I found out I was pregnant if I would be a bridesmaid for her wedding in june. Said she completely understood if i didn't want to commit to it since I would have a 4 month old at that time and seeing as how her wedding is 30 minutes from where we live I didn't think anything of it. I would be honored to! Now... I'm breastfeeding. Pumping every 4-6 hours and it's going great! So I don't see any reason hopefully that I would stop by May... her bachelorette weekend is in May and I'm having to tell her that I would love to be a part of it and be there for her but that I can't commit to staying overnight as I wouldn't want to be the person keeping everyone from fun plans by having to sneak out to pump or hinder them from going places because I have a schedule to keep to.. I just text her and told her all of this and suggested just making sure I was present for a big dinner during the weekend or the main activity and also told her I'd understand completely if she wanted to bump me out because of this and I REALLY don't want to make any of her plans for her wedding difficult for her as I know how difficult it already is! She still hasn't replied and I'm on pins and needles nervous for how she might take it..

does anyone have any advice or suggestions? I'm so upset I didn't think of this to begin with and the last thing I want is to hurt her.. 😔
