Pre eclampsia

Hi! I had pre eclampsia with my son 3 1/2 years ago when I was 18. Delivered at 36 weeks via emergency c section. My blood pressure never went back down and I've been on meds ever since. I am 21 weeks with a baby girl! & take labatelol 100mg twice a day & baby aspirin. My pressure is already starting to creep up.. so I know I will have to up my meds. And Dr has already explained to me he's pretty positive I will get pre eclampsia again. Any of you mommas had/have it a second go around? Was it worse than the first time? Or were you able to avoid it again?! Thank you!!
