does pregnancy cause a fitness plateau?
I abandoned the gym for several months due to a back injury while training for marathon. Im finally back and the gym and ttc. but i am concerned that if I get pregnant I will be not be able to push myself further and I will be stuck doing the same work outs for 9 months. I want to increase my fitness, how realistic is that during pregnancy? Would training for a 5k while pregnant be too much?
