So, I had some minor spotting and cramping - nothing crazy, but the doc wanted to check me out just in case. Went in for an exam and ultrasound this morning - exam looked fine, blood test was great, and they could see the yolk-sac on the ultrasound. All awesome - except they couldn’t see a heartbeat. Still normal for only 5.5 weeks, they’ll do a repeat on the 19th, but I can’t stop thinking about it and the spotting got worse after the physical exam (which I was warned could happen). Positive stories, please??
