Cramping and worrying 😔

So I’m 11 weeks pregnant. I haven’t had hardly any cramping at all until now. It’s nothing too intense and there’s no blood but they are in my lower abdomen. Should I be worried? I have a doctors appointment Wednesday. Wondering if I should try to get in sooner than that.
