I’m currently nearly 4 weeks preg, what are the best prenatals to take? I know they all do the same job but are there any that are more recommended then others

I was taking the gummies but apparently they aren't good because they lack iron.  Working on finding another palatable option myself, since taking like seven horse pills sounds ghastly

im 4 weeks and 3 days and all I take is the life brand of prenatal and postpartum mix they have slightly more then the name brands.

I take Elevit which is what my doctor recommended but if you’re feeling nauseous then maybe find something else because they’re huuuge and I sometimes struggle to keep it down ahaha!!
