Ttc after early miscarriage
I have pcos and got pregnant on the first round of Femara last month, I miscarried this week about 5 weeks 2 days. She said we can start trying right away. Does the first day of bleed count as cycle day 1? Anyone with pcos get pregnant naturally right after a miscarriage?
