I wouldn’t care but I don’t have kids yet! If we had kids I’d be like “oh hell no!! This is mummy’s day and you should want to make it special just like I do on daddy’s day”!!!!

This scared me for a second, I was like nooo my poor mom. 
But usually we don't do much on Mother's Day. Just flowers or something to show my SO appreciates all the things I do as a mother. I don't necessarily need a whole day dedicated to me. Just talk to him and tell him how you feel.
