Are $1 pregnancy tests accurate before missed period?

What is the best pregnancy test to take before missed period in your personal experience? And how many dpo did you get your positive?

I got my postive when I was 8 days late and it showed up on the dollar tree test

very faint but still there. I just tested with a digital and it said pregnant 😊

First response early detection has the highest sensitivity before missed period. $1 test are better after missed period bc of lower sensitivity.
