Nausea..... BFN???

For the past few days I have been feeling on and off sick, like super nauseated. I took a test and it was bfn! Anyone else get a bfn then few days later ended up bfp??

Edit: I have not had a regular period last month or this month. So I have no idea when I ovulated. I did however spotted on and off...

Implantation bleeding isn’t really on and off. It can last an hour or a couple days, but it’s just consistent spotting within time frame. Some it’s just one time when they wipe. When I had it it was just when I wiped a couple times and it was pink and brown. Usually you end up getting a positive a couple days to a week after it occurs.
