Vitex or Maca Root?
I bought the Maca Root & will have hubs take it . But wondering for me , I have fairly reg periods . At 29 days . It just lengthened. Should I take any of these ? My pos stick is 12.13.14 & ovulating 2 days later . Can I have input? I’ve seen success stories but there’s always those ones that it messed up their cycle ? Getting a bit desperate as this is pretty much 3rd yr of ttc 😞 and off of bc since then .
