I had my son exactly 4 days ago . Is that too soon to even say I have a overacting let down .? I notice when feeding my son he has started choking, I hear him gluping, the breast that I’m not feeding on has milk that comes out ALOT, I notice he gets hiccups (not sure if that has anything to do with it ) and he’s gassy. Would this could be consider an overactive let down .? If so any types that I can do until meeting the lactation consultant this upcoming Wednesday .?

I know it’s just my hormones but I want to give up on breastfeeding. 😑☹️
