im 30 weeks now some days she is all over the place other days not much at all

Most days are different for me. Sometimes it’s all day sometimes it’s a few times a day.

It's about this point where babies start to get definite sleep/wake patterns. Its normal to feel baby moving most only a few times a day.

My girl squirms a lot. And was moving non stop yesterday & it was very uncomfortable especially as we had a long car trip. The day before she didn’t move as much though. 
However if you’re having any concerns about less movement please go & get checked out! I did a week ago after my girl barely moved for 24 hours. She was fine but it was so worth getting a check at the maternity unit for peace of mind.
