Cutting the caffeine 🙅🏼‍♀️ ☕️


Anyone else a previous coffee addict? ☕️ I’m talking coffee for breakfast.... lunch.... basically all day long at times to get me through my work day. I’m 5 weeks 1 day🤰 and my doctor advised no more than 200mg of caffeine per day. 😬 My wallet will love me not spending so much at starbucks now. But anyone have any tips, tricks or suggestions for alternative beverages or how to kick these caffeine cravings? I’ve been upping my water intake which is great!! But I’d like something else too. 😁
