UPDATEpost your 5 week ultrasound pls

baby was found and had a heart rate of 130! im so blessed and extremely happy. thank you guys! *****************************************So I had an ultra sound a 4 weeks 6 days and they just found a sac (no yolk or fetal). is this normal? can any one that has one post thiers or have gone through this and everything was fine? I'm so scared .
