Fiancee and ultasound?

I moved in with my fiancee into a new already furnished appartment. One day we both came home and he found an ultrasound dated back before we were even dating. It sure as hell isnt mine and I've never had one. He doesn't seem to know what to think of it, but what can I even say other than i don't know how it got in here, but it's not mine?

Where did he find it at? In a drawer? If it's already furnished maybe it was left behind. If he found it and openly showed it to you, then he would be open about it if it was his from a previous relationship.
