When do I start taking Premama
My last cycle was 71 days long dec 23 to March 2 and my period started March 3 and just finished yesterday. Is it to late to start taking Premama or should I wait until my next cycle? I just don’t know when my period will actually start again bc my body tries to ovulate but it doesn’t. My last cycle my body didn’t ovulate until the third try. I even had EWCM each try too.
Any other advice?
