Home teeth whitening?

Just curious, what have you girls heard about Crest 3D whitening strips and/or using activated charcoal while pregnant? Currently 21 weeks and my teeth need some whitening help😂🤦🏼‍♀️ (and yes I will be checking with my OB, just curious for the time being before Monday)

Charcoals probably fine but I’ve read no whitening products while pregnant. You absorb the chemicals

I asked my doctor the same thing last week, she said it’s all good, green light!

My dentist actually recommended them. They are effective and inexpensive. I’d ask your doctor or Dentist before whitening tho.
