What does my chart say I'm confused

This is month two trying to conceive. Last month I started charting I have no idea what these ups and downs mean I took a test Wednesday and it said I was ovulating what do I do now does the drop in temp today mean I didn't conceive I'm so lost with this temp charting

I think you need one more temp above coverline to confirm ovulation. I’d get Fertility Friend and I put your data into there, it’s much better at BBT. Are you using a thermometer that reads two decimal places?
