hey ladies! I was cramping off and on and went to the ER on Wednesday. They said everything was normal, cervix was closed but they couldn't find a baby or a sac. I do have a 5.6 cm cyst on right ovary. They said it was a possibility I was just early. My HCG levels was 538. Thursday morning I started bleeding not heavy but enough to just want to wear a liner. It was dark red/brown no blood clots. On Friday I went to get blood drawn HCG went down to 258. I was devastated. I know when HCG levels go down it means I miscarried. I'm not sure how to handle this, this is my first miscarriage. Any advice on how to go about my day without crying. I see the doctor Tuesday to do another ultrasound and go from there.
