I need some advice!

My 3 month old wakes up about 3 times to fed. He wakes up at 5am everday. He takes two naps. 20-30 minutes each. And gets grumpy around 5pm. I feel like it's to early to put him to sleep but I do bc he is so tired. Idk what to do or if it's bad to put him to sleep so early. 😢😭
