Showering with your man?

I never used to shower with my boyfriends or anything but I’m with someone who makes me feel comfortable. We shower together but I still hate my body and feel uncomfortable when naked. (He’s sweet about it I just want to lose more weight but it’s so hard because he feeds me good😂
It’s so hard to be healthy when your man brings you snacks and your favorite fast food home 😭) how do I just get that achey feeling out of my stomach when we shower.

I'm not a thin girl at all and my ex and I showered together all the time. he likes bigger girls and used to tell me I wasn't fat. I found him to be very sexy when wet lol

I've never been with anyone other than my husband. I'm currently at my heaviest weight I've ever been (also because he feeds me so good haha. snacks, pizza, waffles etc) and when we started having sex, I'd never revealed my body to anyone so I was a little worried he would be disappointed but I know I love my body, it means more to me than just weight. And I know he loves me for more than my body too so I felt safe with him and now we shower together, even when I'm bloated, even when I'm hairy Everywhere, even when he's not looking fit or shaved. it's just life. 
He's my best friend and I'm comfortable with him because of that bond. Try to hold onto that bond you have with your man and remember your body means more than what a scale or mirror says. Your body will respond to how it's treated.

Eating healthy is a choice you make. My boyfriend is from South Africa originally so his diet was a lot of carbs...and a ton a red meat. I grew up not on any specific diet but my parents only bought organic, free range, local etc.
Over a couple years I slowly started slipping my boyfriends eating habits. But then I realized I wasn’t feeling as good as I used to so I just told my boyfriend “just so you know I’m not eating processed sugars, or wheat anymore. Also I’m only eating red meat on special occasions.” I hate fast food and pop so luckily I didn’t have to work at cutting those out.
Make a decision and tell him “this is how I’m eating” he’ll stop bringing junk home for you to eat. Slowly he’ll likely start picking up on your eating habits. My boyfriend still loves a lot of things I don’t eat but he also hates enjoying a meal alone so he buys gluten free treats, makes spaghetti squash instead of pasta for us, etc.

Yes! I’ve had candlelight showers with my boyfriend before bed/after sex. It was really hot seeing him all wet and embracing with the water sliding down us. However, I can not have showers with him daily because I like my showers really quick and don’t want anyone interrupting my time in there lol. So I guess I enjoy showering with my boyfriend but only at certain times!

I love showering with my hubby but maybe you can politely ask your boo to help you reach your weightloss goals? I was dealing with unintentional sabotage from my husband bringing home the junk we both love and my favorite snacks to show he cares, I ended up asking him to show me love in other ways so I could feel better about myself... plus junk food is just really bad for you so he was accidently speeding up the "till death do we part" of our wedding vows! 😂 There are a million ways for people to say they love you ❤ just find a way that works better for you so this won't be as much of a problem! (Just a warning though, sometimes the problem isn't with feeling uncomfortable with your weight, sometimes it is a mentality that will only continue to be a problem until you learn to love your body the way it is, no matter what it looks like.)

Also, my boyfriend is the same way. He always brings me home snacks and fast food. I recently told him I don't want him to do that anymore because it's unhealthy. You don't have to tell him that you don't feel confident in your weight or anything. Just tell him you're trying to be healthier.

The thought of showering together is awesome & sexy but the reality is the total opposite 😂 i don’t like our bodies rubbing together (I’m not very confident naked) but our shower is small so there isn’t enough space, the water is too hot for him, I don’t like having to move around him so he can rinse off 😂 it’s just too much
