Cramps or lack of. Never PMS
Okay so I never have cramps. My cycles are easy. I’ve had two kids. I’m 4DPO and patiently waiting. If I don’t get cramps.. what are other symptoms to look for. Also... things to avoid?
My kids are older and weren’t planned like this is. 12 and 9 year olds.
