Nipple Pain and Redness

Ouch! My nipples are super red and super sensitive now after pumping. I've been treated for thrush, tried changing flange sizes to no avail and am constantly putting olive oil on them to soothe them.. any ideas? This pain and constant worry is really starting to interfere with my breastfeeding experience..
