Dry them out! Exfoliate in the shower. Immediately pat dry once you’re out, no lotion

When babies get them, they say to dry them out so I inside you should do that. Also, maybe wear full coverage underwear for a few days until they go away so pants and such aren't rubbing all over and clogging and irritating your skin down there.

I used to have this issue (all over my upper back too). I know all the risks and everything but the only thing that ever worked for me is tanning. I lay out in the sun (during summer, I live in NY) and one good sunburn and it’s gone the whole summer. 
I know how horrible that is and all the damage it causes, but no skin care/lotion/prescription has ever worked for me.
