Is it normal that when I wear tampons they kinda hurt me in my upper area above my vagina? It doesn't hurt when I put it in at all. It just makes my cramps worse. Is that normal or should I maybe stop wearing tampons?

I'm exactly the same like after I've worn it for an hour or so it hurts and it feels like its not up enough but I know it is! does It happen throughout your period or is it only a few days x

You can try letting your body rest at night time, but it’s all angles! If mine are in at the wrong angle it’ll bother me like crazy! Try aiming it up or down more, I know it sounds silly but you may find it’ll be more comfortable!
