Hi, I just got my first piercing on my nostril (I’m 18 years old) & I got a Hoop, I know I’ve seen on the internet that you should start with a stud but the professional piercer said that it will heal faster and be easier to clean if it were a hoop so that’s what I got. I was told to clean it twice a day, do I move the piercing hoop back and forth to clean it? or should it be completely still the whole 4 week healing process? how do I avoid Keloids and infections?
