i really like this guy (we are both 17) but i live in a pretty protective family where nobody ever talks about dating or anything like that. me and this guy have gotten really close and i realy want to start something. so does he. but i keep putting it off because i dont know how to start a conversation with my mom about dating. any tips on how to talk that is not dramatic like sitting her down because i have really bad anxiety and this kind of confrontation is not something i can do easily.
