Ultrasound tech said baby has flat face

I feel like I always get bits and pieces of information at each drs appointment. So I had an ultrasound again (my 7th for this pregnancy) and the ultrasound tech said my baby has a flat face and flat nose and it could be a marker for

Down syndrome or just his facial features. Previously I posted about them telling me that the baby had a dilated kidney which was also a marker but that has resolved and both kidneys are in normal range. Now they’re suggesting I get an amniocentesis done but I’m not going to. Has anyone had any experience with the ultrasound tech telling you information before the dr and freaking you out? I don’t think it’s her place to do so. Also has anyone dealt with the tech saying the baby has a flat face?
