Working out and diet change
So I made a huge change over the past almost 4 weeks, I started eating healthier and working out 1 to 2 times a day 6 days a week. My period is late and we really are pretty safe in that department. This whole life change, meal plan and working out is new to me so and advice would be appreciated! I do have a a weekly meet and weigh in at nurtishop but the guyy that helps me is welll... a guy so I felt awkward asking him about my period haha!
