Stomach pains from food?

Question

I live in Belize and am in the US visiting for the weekend. Since the night I came, the food just has not settled with me correctly. My stomach gets very bad cramps then I immediately have gas or have to use the bathroom. I don’t believe it is directed from my pregnancy or a threat at all but does anyone have any insight ?

I think we probably have a lot more preservatives in our food than you do in Belize, where it seemed like everything was fresh. Maybe that’s why? Drink a lot of water, and the brand Pepto Bismol is great for this situation. Feel better!

It's probably from diet change. look for some tums or something to settle your stomach. and btw I love Belize!! Hubby and I went to San Pedro for our honeymoon and loved it!!

It’s most likely to change in diet. Wouldn’t worry about it
