6 weeks and light pink discharge??

I’m 6+1 weeks pregnant, I went to my doctor at 5+5 and he said I’m definitely pregnant and it implanted well, but it was too early to hear the heartbeat and wants me back in 2 weeks. Yesterday, I had some pretty bad cramps and diarrhea in the late morning. My husband and I ended up having sex later in the evening and today when I woke up and peed, I noticed a light pink tinge in some discharge. It was very light and very little, but I’m not sure what to make of it! This is my first pregnancy and I’m nervous if this is the beginning signs of a miscarriage. 😞
