Opinions needed

So i have had the implant since oct and I’ll be getting it out in 2021. And I’m 19 now and I’ll be just about 22. And me and my boyfriend are very strong. And I’ve had a question for a a while about should I get the implant re-inserted or just leave it out. But I wanted to know how fast have y’all gotten pregnant getting off the implant but no necessarily trying to get pregnant. Bc hopefully by the time I’m getting it out I’ll either be engaged or very close to be lol
