Hi ladies...This might seem like a silly question but I am concerned...can sneezing (a lot) and blowing your nose hurt the baby...I'm only 23 weeks and whenever I sneeze or cough I dribble a little in my pants ...My allergies are soo bad and I am trying to go medication free and just suffer but not sure if suffering is harming the baby? I have an irrational fear of accidenlty pushing him out or my water leaking but I realize i most likely accidently peed on myself again as I’m already going to the bathroom once or twice every hour
