Ovulation bleeding or something more?

So I had AF for 7 days then stopped bleeding for one day, I thought AF was over then the next day I went back to a spotting and my hubby and I had sex unprotected that night thinking not much of it. The next day I started to get a real bad almost bloating feeling in my abdomen/cervix/vagina area..... kinda hard to explain sorry lol and my lower backs real soreish. I’m still bleeding going on 4 days after AF was suppose to be done.... it’s bright red blood. Just wondering if any other ladies have gone through this? If so did it go away ? I know if it gets worse to see my doc just making sure I’m not freaking out over nothing :) thanks!
