Unsure if pregnant

Hi all,

I had my implant removed mid January and had a normal period on the 4th February for 4 days. Myself and my partner had unprotected sex there after including ovulation days. My cycle usually is 21-23 days so I was due at the end of February. I had very light spotting on the 26th but nothing since. I’ve done numerous tests but all negative. I’m not sure if it’s my implant hormones settling or if it’s too early to show. Any advice would be much appreciated! I’ll be going to the doctors in a week and a bit if no period and still negative but I’m going crazy not knowing.
