How many oz is normal to pump in between feedings? And when to pump?

I want to get a stash going since I go back to work sooon

I had to bottle feed 1oz if expressed milk after feeding this afternoon and now I’m worried I’m not making enough :/

She’s also congested though so I’m assuming the bottle was just easier for her :/
