Exercise help- young moms

I gained too much weight postpartum with my son. I’ve lost 20lb changing my diet over the past few months and my husband and I have switched over to paleo which has been amazing for my body.

Now I’m looking to continue losing fat and gaining muscle by adding in work outs. I’ve belonged to a gym my whole adult life and I was an athlete in high school. I’m no stranger to exercise but i want to find a routine that’ll really work! (Without spending 2 hours in the gym cause I don’t have time for that). Any suggestions?
