Anyone use Vitamin B6 to up their progesterone or aid in fertility?!

Following. I had a MC in November possibly due to low progesterone. Just diagnosed with an ectopic and my progesterone was a little low before period was missed. I read low progesterone can cause ectopic. Definitely going to up my vitamins. Baby dust to you hun

I plan to ask my dr if there is anything to take to boost progesterone besides a script. I just had an ectopic and with all the reasons it says it could happen the only one I have is low progesterone. I just want my body to work right already. Tons of baby dust to you all!

I just stared taking a B complex vitamin a few weeks ago for this reason. I’ll let you know if it helps this cycle!

Well I did find this at my grocery store. I’m going to try it out once I get a positive opk. I was reading and it says to use a day or two after ovulation until af starts

Anyone taking geritol? I was reading and they say it’s a baby in a bottle. It has a ton of vitamins. I might switch to this and see what happens. I did look up what vitamins help raise progesterone and here is what I found.
