Any hairdressers out there?

So I have light brown hair and I wanted to dye my hair a dark chocolate brown. Anyways, I know box dye in general just isn’t the best for your hair.. but I wanted to ask what the best box dye would be for your hair? I plan on going to target tomorrow and picking out the shade I like.

It's not the best for you because it's so hard to get it out of your hair once you go dark but I'm not sure if where you live has a Sally's but for box dye they have the best

I get $3 dye from dollar general, if your hair is brown and youre going darker you don't need to spend a shit load of money .
