Just Nervous...and needing advice.

hi girls. Not sure which group to post this in but I'm just wondering if anyone can help me understand miscarriage more. I don't have my first appointment and scan for another 5 weeks and I will be 12 weeks 4 days. I'm just wondering if you have a miscarriage does your bump still grow and do you still suffer from morning sickness and other pregnancy symptoms? thanks for reading..im super nervous and just would like some feedback on people's ideas or situations xx
