was wondering besides paying mortgage what ither big differnts is there between buying am renting a house an apartment?? an how much u pay for mortgage in a house. single family 3 bed room. i would like to move. apartments 3 bedrooms go for about 1500 an up?? a month are u better off buying a house if u going be paying about the same thing a month?? boyfriend iz in the union. no criedt an i have beginners criedt?? just wondering i gusss
