HELP PLEASE ‼️

Okay so I was on the depo shot. I was due to go get my next shot in December. I did not go. I had been spotting every day since December 20th. I had unprotected sex March 1st and hadn’t had any spotting since then. I wiped today and seen what was pictured. It says my normal period was due March 7th. Implantation or is my period coming back regularly???
