Ugh, cracked heels?!

Y'all I know this is gross. I get regular pedicures and everything. But my heels crack and it hurts SO bad!! It's never happened til I became pregnant. Wtf can I do to prevent this? Someone help, my heels hurt so bad. 😭😭😭😭

Use a body sugar scrub those work amazing. You can also put a ton of lotion on your feet and put thick socks over them and just wear them around all day, not with shoes or anything, just around your house

I don’t personally have that issue but I’ve heard using honey and coconut oil as a mask helps. What I can say for sure is that anytime I’ve had an issue with my feet, it was connected the type of shoes I was wearing. Make sure you’re wearing shoes that fully support your heel.

You should do a foot mask. You can get them at TJ or Marshall’s. Put lotion on everyday too.
